Who the hell is Al Baker? President and CEO of Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind and Handicapped. He’s also the owner of RAE’s Tobacco, which he opened a few years ago because the other cigar store in downtown Harrisburg is apparently run by racist knuckleheads.

But before he came here, he was this guy.
