Phantom Diner Unmasked

Okay, not really.

But … The gracious folks at WITF and Central PA magazine have agreed to let me do a Q&A with the legendary Phantom Diner, who has been reviewing restaurants in central Pennsylvania for … ever.

(I think it’s actually like The Dread Pirate Roberts, where the name is passed down from reviewer to reviewer along with the acquired palate.)

So if you have a question you’ve always wanted to ask a famous phantom food critic, send me an email at paddydear@epix.net. I get to ask Her/Him 10 questions, so let’s make ’em good.
